- Dot not
put it near hot or cold temperatures
(only between +4°F and +165 °F)
- Never crush the bag while full with
air
- Operators will remove rings or wrist-watch
if they present a sharp face
- They will pay particular attention
when using accessories for opening letters. |

1-
Operator lays the bag on a clear
desk. Opens it and puts inside mail
opening accessories |

- Operator wears the special gloves
ans inserts mails in the bag (plain
cotton gloves would not be safe enough
for that operation) |

- The operator takes between fingers
the top of the bag (only the top) and
lifts it up to let the air in |

- Then he closes the first velcro,
let down the top of the bag and rolls
the access tunnel until reaching the
second velcro. The bag might be closed.
An inflates bag is the proof of saftey.
If deflated check if it has been properly
shut or if it is not pierced. If so
do not start opening letters. |

- Operator puts hand in the gloves
of the bag and opens the mail. At that
moment, cotton gloves might be used.
6 - The
letters are opened on two sides, emptied
in the mail bag and controls that nothing
is wrong (no powder or similar) |

7 - The letter is put in one
side of the bag ant the next letter is opened
etc...
8 - IF
ANY SUSPICION, THE OPERATOR TAKES OUT HANDS
OF THE GLOVES WITHOUT OPENING THE BAG, CALLS
SECURITY PEOPLE OR POLICE.

- If nothing abnormal happens, the bag
will be open, the letter, envelopes and accessories,
removes. THIS BAG IS REUSABLE |
